The room was great - big comfortable king bed with an amazing bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower.
Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The road in is narrow and winding but coming from the Canadian Rockies, this is not a problem for us. Pala Resort and casino is tucked away in the middle of nowhere.
